The house special Tsumugi ramen at Tsumugi in Akihabara
The Tsumugi ramen is topped with a slice of pork, scallions, Japanese leaks, bamboo shoots, and a green leafy vegetable
Tsumugi’s noodles are made from Sanuki wheat flour, which is normally used in Sanuki udon. The result is a firm and chewy noodle that looks and tastes more like udon than standard ramen.
Down the hall on the right is Tsumugi.
